BaseCamp is our beginner program: 4 weeks of small-group classes where you’ll learn how CrossFit works, move with good mechanics, and actually get a solid workout.

Starting October 7th, BaseCamp registration will be on a rolling basis so you can join anytime you want!

ABSOLUTELY NOT. BaseCamp is designed for beginners or people looking to get back into fitness

You can never come back again. JUST KIDDING - it is totally fine - life happens. Just come to the next class you’re able to make.

$50 for the entire month. This is about $6/class and there are no contracts or hidden fees.

If you feel ready - you can join our regular CrossFit classes with confidence to move safely and effectively.

You have a month to use all 8 classes so that is two classes per week.
