BaseCamp is our beginner program: 4 weeks of small-group classes where you’ll learn how CrossFit works, move with good mechanics, and actually get a solid workout. New classes begin on the first Tuesday of every month. Classes are Tuesdays and Thursday at 5:30pm.

  • This is for anyone, but BaseCamp is the BEST for you if:

    • You’ve never done CrossFit

    • You want to learn the movements the right way

    • You want to build confidence before jumping into regular classes

    • 4 weeks of structured training

    • Small-group coaching

    • Movement fundamentals

    • A clear path into regular classes

  • What happens after BaseCamp?

    • Most members continue into our full coaching program ($150/month) after completing Basecamp.

    • You’ll be fully prepared to jump into classes with confidence.

  • ABSOLUTELY NOT. BaseCamp is designed for beginners or people looking to get back into fitness.

  • You can never come back again. JUST KIDDING - it is totally fine - life happens. Just come to the next class you’re able to make.

  • $50 for the entire month. This is about $6/class and there are no contracts or hidden fees.

  • If you feel ready - you can join our regular CrossFit classes with confidence to move safely and effectively.
