BaseCamp is our beginner program: 4 weeks of small-group classes where you’ll learn how CrossFit works, move with good mechanics, and actually get a solid workout. New classes begin on the first Tuesday of every month. Classes are Tuesdays and Thursday at 5:30pm.

ABSOLUTELY NOT. BaseCamp is designed for beginners or people looking to get back into fitness.

You can never come back again. JUST KIDDING - it is totally fine - life happens. Just come to the next class you’re able to make.

$50 for the entire month. This is about $6/class and there are no contracts or hidden fees.
